Your privacy is our highest priority. Subscribly was built on a simple principle: your data belongs to you, and only you.
2. Data Storage — Local Only
We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your personal data on external servers.
All data you enter into Subscribly — including subscription names, prices, billing dates, and any other information — is stored exclusively on your device, using your phone's local storage.

3. AI Features & Data Usage
Subscribly includes an AI-powered assistant to help you manage your subscriptions more effectively.
The AI analyzes only the subscription data you have entered in the app
This analysis is performed in real time to generate suggestions and alerts
Nothing is stored, logged, or retained after the analysis
No data is sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes — ever
4. Data You Control
Since everything is stored locally on your device:
Deleting the app permanently removes all your data
We have no ability to recover your data if the app is deleted
We recommend using your device's native backup solution (iCloud) if you wish to preserve your data
5. Third-Party Services
Subscribly does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools.
We do not use:

❌ Facebook SDK
❌ Any advertising network
❌ Any crash reporting tool that transmits personal data
6. Children's Privacy
Subscribly is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from children.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with a new effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Subscribly constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
8. Your Rights (GDPR)
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and French law (Loi Informatique et Libertés), you retain full rights over your data:
Right to access — all your data is visible directly in the app
Right to deletion — simply delete the app to permanently erase all your data
Right to portability — use the export feature to download your data at any time
Right to object — you may disable AI features at any time via the app settings
Since Subscribly stores no personal data on our end, no formal data deletion request is necessary. All control remains entirely in your hands.
9. Data Controller
As Subscribly does not collect or process personal data on external servers, no formal data controller designation is required under GDPR. All data processing occurs locally on your device.
